According to thread history, they finished clearing payments on the 21st.

If what you're saying is that they pay whenever or if ever they feel like it, then the answer is yes. I don't know about "clearing" payments, I doubt you can glean a specific system of payment from what you read here. What I know is that it's three weeks currently for me, without any idea of when they're going to pay. They have no system in place any longer even though they used to pay twice a month.

They pay monthly, but then again, I only ever requested payment once a month.

Well, I guess you could also say they pay twice a year if you only ask every six months LOL. Anyway, on the site it was twice a month. But with the revamp they wisely removed that notice, since it's clearly no longer true.

lol I see people spending half of their life whining about payments in these topics... you know what I got paid all the time by every single streaming site, some pay sooner, some pay later but all of them paid within the foreseeable future without me pestering them to finally pay... I never had to wait 1 or 2 months for any payment and I request payments multiple times every month...
a useful tip, if you are not okay with their schedule then use your "whining time" to improve your income with some alternative ways of earning money... thank me later

You may be a huge up-loader, Every host does not want to loose the big fish.
I never god paid from bestreams.
Actually, this whining time, sometimes, helping some people to understand about the host. Are they scum site or a good paying site. So based on our whining time, new users who is looking to earn some money by uploading to the specific host, can decide to go with the host or, to choose another over that host. At-least this helps new users.
As you said, this whining time may not be helping to us. But for some other.
I am very happy about this whining time, at-least it helped me.

no problem anyone, I'm just giving honest advices too...
I don't know mate some hostings I've red the shittiest things about happened to pay me in 24 hours all the time, looks like experiences are varying on a really big scale
however thevideo is definitely not one of those they always take a longer time to pay and I actually don't like them because they count the shittiest rates in the industry right now... (I earn like 5-6x more on any other video host) I only use them to rule more spots on websites lol... so I really don't want to defend them or anything like that

I'm just telling you noone should use these type of sites as a primary income source let's go do some CPA or some other legit shit besides that, these days it's a mandatory to have more legs to stand on

I've also been waiting for my payment and saw what you wrote. So I checked the status and mine also shows paid, but I haven't been paid! What's that about? Thevideo gets more and more annoying. They don't respond to e-mails, they don't pay with Vidup and the Vidup uploader hasn't worked in days. And now this? Saying they paid when they haven't paid?
Is this happening to anyone else? I only checked because of what djsalman143 said. That status area is quite buried now with their new interface.

Added after 1 Day 20 Hours:
Thevideo finally replied and apologised for saying they paid me when they didn't. And they said they'd preferred it if I used Skrill rather than Payza. So I switched again and they paid me for real. And on Vidup too. Thanks Thevideo.
