how fast are u replying to tickets? other company's i were replyed always within 6 hours. got my vps like after 1.5 days

in my last ticket u rplyed after 1 day, and i give u an answer for that, now its been 25 hours again

i dont blame u, maybe u had something important? but if this is always like this, not cool, hope not

Finaly i get my VPS!!!! Yea im verry Happy for that.... but someone think retaired....

I will rent other vps next month. This hosting provider is most WORST i ever subscribe. DO NOT RENT THEIR SERVICE. SUPPORT IS SUCK!!
 
really really bad support just stay away from them they dont care about clients issue and not give good support even reply 48h which is very bad vps is really slow and not provide that vps or server which they mention so i dont recommend any body to use them
 
Yes they have crap support when it goes offline and don't reply until they get it fixed and say everything seems good on Thier end that it must be our fault..... but don't admit it's Thier fault... also everyone make sure they give you the ram promised... it always by default gives you less and no one checks.... so you will have less ram on your vps... these people lie and do a horrible job at what they do....
 
so came back and got a vps from them decided to try a more expensive one... to see if that would help... and no they still have the same problem... the vps is down more then it is up... they dont reply to your support tickets.... and everyone make sure you confirm the ram and the diskspace is what they promised....because most of the time its not ... they have it set by default like that because most people do not notice.... i would not recommend these people for anything... i also have the streaming server from eqservers i cancelled my other 5 servers i got with eqservers because that streaming one is a beast and replaces all those servers.... save yourself some headaches pay a bit extra and go with a full 1gb full duplex USA eqserver for a few bucks more.....
