what does it mean under downloads bar in the statistics section?
I mean I got 0,02 dollar, what about 13? is it unfinnished downloads?

You need to change it in your PARTNER SETTINGS. If you already have, then send them a message about it.

I don't think we can do something to change it from Partner Settings.

It is set by default from DF.

Even if you change the waiting time in Free downloads delay method, i think nothing will change for the message

Free users can download 1 file per hour or 3 files per day.

The uploader of the file you are trying to download has placed a limit on the amount of free daily downloads. You can either wait for 24 hours and continue your free download or buy a premium account."

Datafile is just blaming it on the uploader :cough:

Not very much, but the best thing about it is that you get rebills more than any other site!
That's because credit cards can easily be rebilled.
