magictaxi, several payments went out yesterday to those affiliates who we experienced the same issue that we have had with your account. More payments to follow today.

We will investigate the upload issue.

Welcome waypoint. :)

For info - all affiliate payments continue to be processed in a timely manner (daily payments are sent and affiliates can request their earnings 7 days a week and they will normally be paid within 3 days). The exception to this are just a couple of outstanding affiliate payments that we have not been able to pay via the normal method and as mentioned previously, this is being addressed and hopefully we can avoid this in the future.

The lowest paid file size/plan allows as many as 4 downloads per 24 hour period.
The highest paid file size/plan allows just 1 download.

I don't understand this, if my most traffic go from plan A countries then how is it counted

The lower paid tiers will allow for several downloads from the same IP (four as mentioned for the lowest rated traffic geo). The higher paid tiers will only allow one download per 24 hours because that is the default pay rate that is awarded (for example $15.00/1,000) and ignores the maximum amount permitted per 24 hours which is in place for the lower rates.
Think about it...otherwise you would not be awarded anything for your plan A traffic.

Makes sense now?

magictaxi, we have added new funds so to cover yours and the one other outstanding payment who we have been unable to pay via the normal method. They should be cleared and ready to use over the weekend or Monday at the latest. As I have explained to you via PM, this is an issue that applies to you and several affiliates only.

I have already told you that it`s being addressed and it is however we don`t like to see unhappy affiliates and clearly you are not happy with our service so we have placed your account on hold for now.
Let us know if you would like us to send the small amount that you are due and we will close your account.

I think the payment take 2-3 days, it's 5 days already
