Most of the time Datafile is down.I cannot work like this. :( And how someone should download from Datafile links or why to try download when 9/10 times is down? Fix it or close it.

This filehost is bullshit. I request for more space in the past, the admin approve and gave me 30TB. Today, he set it down 1TB, I create a ticket to ask him, he says I didn't make sales so he delete all my files.

F*ck you! Datafile admin!

i can't understand this complain against datafile. at the moment i work with both: rapidgator & datafile.
rapidgator give me every day 5-10 " random " deletions - last datafile dmca deletion from is from Dec 13, 2014

You waste terabytes of bandwidth without generating sales. Datafile is losing money because of you, of course they lower your space. I don't see anything wrong with that.
I am not even using 100GB on Datafile at the moment and I am getting sales/rebills. Just have to work smart and post the right content on right places.

all the debrids sites i reported are for nothing....looks like datafile doesnt ban them!
so they preffer to sell 20 premium accounts instead of 300-400 accounts?They are that stupid?

I am sure they do ban some, but banning accounts is kind of a sensitive matter especially if the account was bought with a credit card.
If they ban an account, the person that bought the account will most likely file a chargeback(forced refund). Then the bank will not only
take the money from Datafile to refund the person, they charge a chargeback fee and penalty which is anywhere from $20~$40.
If a merchant receives too many chargebacks, the bank can close the merchant account.

Ok, i understand that , but they can add a line in their TOS so they can ban the debrid sites without giving them any refund (debrid sites strictly forbidden to use their service, any account asociated with debrid sites will be banned an no refund given) ......simple as that!

And they can send e-mail to major debrid sites that from this moment they are forbidden to use their service...any account bought will be deleted and no chargeback will be accepted!

Puttings things like that in the ToS DOES NOTHING to protect them from chargebacks.
There's literally nothing Datafile, or any other filehost, can do when a chargeback happens, regardless of reason.

Btw, can datafile please lower the free download speed or put longer wait time between downloads? Free downloaders using Jdownloader are just downloading so fast!

You have no ideea what you are talking about .....i asked refund from a hosting company, they told me that i didnt respected the TOS and that was it , no refund granted
And the refund was asked directly to their cc processor !


Or they can just limit their tyraffic at 100 mb/day! lol

I need more space not for wasting. I upload movies, TV Shows etc. If today I don't get sale, tomorrow I will do. The admin must be patient. If this host is good enough, 20TB for one uploader will be a possible thing.

P/S: I gernerated 6 sales from beginning. It's not much, but also not 0 sales. Lol
