I paid my invoice hours ago and I have all the documentation to show for it.

WHY IS MY ACCOUNT SUSPENDED?

I'm waiting for an explanation for this ASAP.
 
i think 9TO5Host is using ShineServers. (once i got mail from them about bandwidth, even i have nothing to do with shineservers and my bandwidth was not consumed)

and now account is suspended. Even their own site account was suspended including me and all those those who are hosting on it. seriously WTF?

Like week ago I got an e-mail from Shineservers, too, but when I sent a system mail within 9to5Host system to immu quoting the e-mail, he didn't even respond.

Looks like now we're both fucked and all our work is down the drain.

Edit: ROFL didn't realize until now that whole shit is SUSPENDED.


My gawd. The luck I have with this online business. I suppose that teaches me to never go with the cheapest solution...

Well, thankfully now it works again. I think I'll speak for everyone in saying that in-depth explanation from immu is in order.

I really hope this was the last we all saw something like this. Shit like that only causes distrust and heated feelings (as my words above can attest to).

I hope I'll never get quota over messages from Shineserver ever again.

How this was dealt with is just utterly unprofessional.

My guess is that they're renting their Dedis & the aggregate of all the clients on one server eventually gets them above allowed BW.

I'm speculating purely, of course.

After all, it doesn't explain why his clients get Shineserver BW notices on their mail (as it turns out I was not the only one, read above), instead of only him getting them.

No one can be so stupid as to forward such messages to his clients, right?
