An IP gets banned when the user fails the login procedure more than 3 times. However, this temporary ban gets removed in 1-2 hours.

In Jdownloader 2, set Max. Chunks = 3 and Simultaneous Downloads = 3 OR Max. Chunks = 2 and Simultaneous Downloads = 4

Thank you I'm using JDownloader 2 but this is just too strange, am still getting like download speed like 20 kb/s even though I follow your instruction.
Have checked my internet provider through speedtest, everything is working fine,what is wrong do you have any idea?

Disable your anti-virus/internet security/firewall. Some program could be interferring with your connection.
 
Already done disable all firewall antivirus etc.. still not improving.
my JDownloader 2 max simultaneous download = 3, max chunks = 3
Anything else on the setting I should be aware of?
Even update to latest Java

The thing is I dont have speed problem with other filehost, possible for you to check my account something like this?

Under Jdownloader 2, after downloading for a while it kept prompting 'You've reached download session limit' and automatically stopped everything

The multiplication of Max chunks and simultaneous downloads should not exceed 10. If you exceed, you will receive the error.

I am recommending Max. Chunks = 3 and simultaneous downloads = 3
 
Yes already mentioned previously, I am following your recommendation but still dosent help at all.

"the website url has been blocked until further notice either pursuant to court orders or on the directions issued by the depatment of telecommunications "


how to igone this ??? or solve it ??

Those downloaders are from India then. They need to call the department of Telecommunication and tell them that the court order has expired and that they need to unblock the website now.
