it just happened again!! my points jumped from 3 to 16, my account was extended and i lost money from my balance!!
either someone hacked my account and is creating premium coupons with my balance or its a bug in the system doing that

That happened to me too , someone log in to my account and change my points to premium , I thought I did it by mistake but soon
I knew that someone entered my account .
go to "Profile" , down you can see "Traffic" keep an eye on "For downloading" if you see decrease abnormal , that means
other users ( one or more ..) using your premium for download , so you have to change your password very soon ..

i just dont understand why if its someone hacked my account, why didnt he already change my email and password ?

will uploaded give me my money back?
 
I dont think that this is other user entrering ur profile.
I have the same situation, I didn't bought premium but my points are decresed for 10.000 and 1 month premium bought. Also Traffic is decresed. Strange indeed.

Simply because the hacker dosnt own your old email so any change ( password or any think ) is useless cause they will sent
you a confirmation link to your old email .
