Dear users

We are currently uploading more funds to webmoney, we had no idea that getting funds uploaded to them would be such a struggle.

We have been dealing with resellers (that only speak russian) and have been having a hard time getting our funds upload. So today we decided to go to our bank and deposit the funds to one of Webmoney's agents and now we will have to wait and see how long it takes.

Please do not shout Scam just because your payment is late. Everyone that requested paypal has been paid, we have no reason not to pay everyone else. Just give us some time and understanding.

many my files suddenly missing even i still haven't got any download? is it because of file lockers act ?

nvm.. i didn't read all reply before.. i don't mind with my file delete but can email the deleted file or list it ?

If payment was requested on 7 august ,you then have 9 days to upload money to webmoney,but you waiting last day,this is unprofesional from you.
Also if you cant pay on Skrill then remove Skrill as paymanet option.
 
Its very frustrating now :wacko: payment 2 times a week and they stopped our last payment due to skrill and still not received Webmoney

I have honestly never seen anything like that. Downloads with earning seemingly appear in random.

On the top of that, yesterday I had a download counted correctly in Detailed Stats, but Affiliate Report still showed /0€ for the day. Hence I effectively lost that money in my total earning as it didn't increase.

@Rory: please reply to my tickets (user tabj as you know).

I always asked you to move france to Group A, and you promised me to do that .. but nothing is done yet .. !!??
Also, please man, handle the 0.000s issue, it's not helpful to see, almost all our downloads not counted.

what about fileom?

I have 2 pending payouts and another bunch of money to be requested

I cant request more payments without those 2 pending ones be paid.

Please let me know how we can do this
