I am thinking to make a new free forum hosting site. with the ability to place your own ads and using your own premium domain.

Also you can edit the template used own your forum according to your need.

Also i can help user transfer their own forum to our free forum hosting.

I will just place 2 ads on your forum.

Do you think this idea will success?

No , it is just for forum.
You don't need to upload any thing and and do any thing.
You just register on site and choose your forum name and and URL and hit submit. And you will have your forum ready and work including a lot of theme and plugin to choose from them and enable what you like.
Just simple as that.

But in the future we can make a free platform for blogs just like wordpress.com.
