I hope RDP runs good for now as I have already lost data during system reinstallation and was really annoyed by the downtimes.

I really loved the service in the initial month and hope to get same in future.

I am really sorry for the delays in resolving issues. There were few tickets which were answered late and few orders which were set up late. I was travelling and had kicked out support guy for not working in this same period.

I am finalizing a support staff and we will have round-the-clock support soon. Thank you all for your patience.

Please create a ticket from your client area if your issue is not resolved yet.

@Rox your support banned me again for fake or old dmca which i have nothing to do with. i have not downloaded anything from public tracker since last time they warned me & your support showing me same old dmca & banned my account here is the proof it is unanswerd dmca by your previous support but he did create ticket n warn me.

your new support guy came in saw unanswer n started to ban accounts without investigation..
this was already dealt in ticket 203708. you seriously appointed some noobs at support. & top of that he failed to give me any kind of proof.

this is pissing me real off when u were accused of something which u havent done. he is talking like " you think u run away n this n that " what kind of support is that. why would i download same stuff which i was being warned & same old dmca :( :facepalm:

I Have problems on this server "teen1", works fine, but i dont know, uncompress very slow, and i have problems on Upload speed, I test a friend account on other dedicated and works great, maybe is time to maintenance
