My Account was banned

I paid for my 2 account
but when I download some file
fileOM admin banned my account
the admin said I share my account for someone

BUT I DIDN'T SHARE ANY ACCOUNT TO SOMEBODY
I FEEL VERY BAD
Why the FileOM treat their customer like that

As we said earlier , your account have multiple download arising from different IP. Which means you are sharing the account with multiple users.



To avoid these in future make sure you didn't share the account.

But I Really Didn't share account
I always the "thunder downloader" to download from FileOM
Why You didn't trust me
If I really share account
Why I register another and paid again
because the first time I thought maybe I download exceed 100GB
but when my second account banned, I feel strange so ask the admin

if your server record different ip from my account, maybe you should debug or try the "thunder downloader"
not only banned my account, did you ask before you banned
I really really feel bad as I told you before
If I really share account, when you banned me I would realized the reason, and never registered again and paid twice

Well let my team look up thunder downloader and see how it works. And we will be making a demo using that. If that depict the same then we are happy to give your account back and also extended premium time.

Just wait few hours we will get back to you through email.
