Mostly, you are safe anywhere until DMCA comes, then you probably have to move.
Netherlands and "Offshore" places can't protect you from all DMCA. Not even HongKong as people think, enough lawyers and lawsuits and your DC will give you up =)

I think true unmetered bandwidth means unmetered traffic on a dedicated 100 mbit or 1000 mbit connection which is very expensive and just unmetered bandwidth means unmetered traffic on a shared 100 mbit or 1000 mbit connection.
