i wonder why nobody comment ?? ...whether stats frozen only to me ??

nobody downloaded a single file for several hrs now

pls solve the issue ASAP...i stopped uploading temporarily

In fact, the issue should be with everyone, as my stats were also frozen for few hours. Let us wait for the update from filegrasper

Im on a 1gbps RDP and downloading at 512kb/s....

Cant download faster than that >.<"


You promise 5mb/s for each file on your website... people will hate your host if they cant use Internet download manager and the download speed sucks so much

well i am not ignoring , u just forgot to read the previous page.

give me the url of the file u say. becoz i can get 5mbps on most server. may be the file located may be on the high load server.

We are working on our backend due to heavy load those days. And this is becoz of immensive growth in short period.

Stats are working good , we just figured out the problem , and we are fixing it . ETA less than 3 hours.

My stats still frozen!!
Remote upload get error message:
Files UploadedError: File download failed:404 Not Found

Hi! filegrasper.
Just i use (NoRegistered) 15 different ip to test download my file.
But Every time I get the same results:
"You have to wait xx minutes, xx seconds till next download."
People don't want to wait and don't want to download.
So that is why my stats still frozen !
Please fix!

Thanks for reporting guys , we are aware of this and also made a fix for now.

Let me do what we did , as of load are too high we made server to work on nginx but it doesnt pass the reall ip and it use server ip for every one. So people couldnt download.

Now we are reversed back to apache and it is fixed now and we will work on it tomorrow .

You should get back to nginx as it's more efficient, and will help you reduce the load on your servers. For the ip issue this is a missconfiguration issue, as you can get user real ip when nginx is run behind a proxy, check HttpRealipModule
