imgchili problem! 27 views 0 earnings?

just started right now
and 27 views but 0 earnings!
so what's the idea?

they count 1 view per IP in 24h. So, other imagechili affiliates earned the money for that 13 views/IPs.

yeah i didn't say they are scam but let's say that they count 1 visit per ip daily!
i have 27 views from 3 tiers. which mean that i got at least 3 different ips.
so at least there must be 3 paid views!

From what he says it seems that if the ones that viewed your images viewed another persons image first, you want get paid.

ok ok .. if you are right and paid shows only unique IPs which didn't view any photos the last 24 hours
how come it.s 29.75? is that mean 29 unique IPs and 0.75 IP? :D
