VPS EU server, WP optimize secure, good helpdesk?

Hello.

All 6 of them are legal sites and have approximately 2.000 visits each one (one of these can get 14.000 visits per month), monthly. Also I use overall 2-10GB(Bandwidth) monthly this year. Other years i was using 22GB(Bandwidth) monthly.


The characteristics am looking for are
1. EU or US with the best ping to Europe
2. A wordpress optimize vps server
3. Good security
4. Good helpdesk
5. Help for the new clients that haven't used again vps
6. Anonymous personal data abillity if someone asks me to include it in his package
7. The price with or without cpanel/whm
8. The prices for legal or illegal servers (maybe some clients will ask for this so i want to know the prices)
9. Option to update the server in reasonable prices

100GB Storage Space
1TB Bandwidth
Virtual Memory/Physical Memory 2GB
1 dedicated IP

The money I can give right now are 17 to 20 $ monthly, if there is a cheaper offer it will be appreciated. ;P

IMPORTANT: Please, all the people that are going to send me offers I want you to send me too any kind of limitation that your server has.

Which types of sites you have?? I mean they are legal or illegal??

BTW, I don't think that you can get That kind of VPS including 2GB RAM and cPanel/Whm at just $17-$20 monthly.
You Got those features at this price because you are in a reseller hosting. VPS means you need to buy cPanel license yourself or pay the price to the providers and they buy and install for you.
 
I second that. Dedicated management alone costs a bit of money.

If you are the VPS owner, are you going to allow all your clients full access to the VPS? What exactly are you looking to host on it?

Your budget is too low to get even a decent VPS / Server , forget about it being fully managed.

Fully managed solution when bundled with the server costs around 20-25$ for the most basic management which is nearly equal to your budget.
 
As everyone else said, I would advise raising your budget + $25 at least. You should be able to find a decent managed VPS for $50 per month.
