Pre Channel

Hey,

I recently got bored so decided to code/setup a pre-channel.

Doesn't run on my server, runs on AustIRC.

Server: irc.austirc.net
Port: 6667
SSL: 6697
Channel: #w00t

If you don't know what a pre is, it's an announcement of a scene release before it is released. Useful for uploaders especially as they can know what is going to come out and upload it fast.

When you join you won't have voice so can't speak but ill give certain people it.

What does giving us voice actually do? just allow us to talk?

If the channel is moderated (+m) only users with +v (voice) +o (op) +% or etc. can't write.

I'll idle there aswell.
