Hi guys, is there are problem in counting for the files which are uploaded today,

i see 0 downloads which hard to happen

but other files are getting counted perfectly.

there may be a glitch?

There was an error processing your payment. We would love to send you your money, but you have provided no billing information. I gt the above mail today in gmail

After receiving ur mail,when I logged in umb affiliate
it shows me my balance: $ 0.4100 .And Last Paid out February 2013

..............
so what is the intention of that mail.

Is there any problem in counting new files guys ? i am getting some downloads in the old files,

but new files download amount is more then 75% less then what i got in the past,

it's really hard to get this low amount of downloads,

was there any update which could have created some errors or i am the only one facing this problem.

Admin stated that those who got stuck with paypal problems will get paid this friday, if they have added wmz or paypal quickly.

no. we haven't changed anything. Counts are correct.

Regarding LR, we're waiting for after the first week of June to re-send out payments of people who had LR when LR was shut down. We cannot be held responsible for LR closing down, and any funds that we sent out already, and funds that were in our account waiting to be sent out. But being the good hosts that we are, we will be sending out full payouts to the affiliates whose funds were taken via LR, and affiliates whose funds were in our LR account. I think by next friday we will do this.

This question has been answered too many times now. You're marked paid on monday's, and funds are deposited Friday - Sunday, depending on payment method chosen.

Also, NL FTP Servers are now in place. Can some of you test it out, and paste your speed results you're getting please?

LOL. Sorry about that, didn't notice that. When we do payouts, it sends a mail to anyone who has blank affiliate information, so that they'll fill in the info. :D

The new Eu server is working amazingly well. I was getting 900 kbps upload speed, but now i am getting 5-6 MBPS,

that's just great, this was the only negative in the past but not anymore
 
It was from my uk rdp, it's the high speed that i get from my rdp, the peak would be 10 for few seconds and umb did reached at times.

so with my rdp i can say that i am getting fullest possible speed with NL servers or even uk or FR,

so it could be possible for others to get 60MB

Between it's enough for me :)
 
i uploaded small 10 MB file...more than 3 hours gone

File is currently pending

We're sorry. This file is still in queue for processing, check back in a while

already commented the same some 7 days ago

u replied.... some optimization settings on the server your files were placed on

the same problem arising every 8 days once...

pls fix the errors and issue

all my uploaded files today rather few hrs ago show file under processing for several hrs

what to do ??
