now i see why he only counts 1p per 24 hours with a speed at 300kbs reason he only counts 1ip per 24 hours because people will reach payout and now he wants people to wait
we state it to count 2 downloads from same ip in 24 Hours to limit cheating

we don't need you to wait ... we need your respect here .. we need all uploaders using our services for along time so no need for delay or something
about download count we state it to calculate 2 downloads from same ip ea. 24 H as some ppl trying to cheating us

you should only be pps 2$ 1000 downloads is pointless
you can choose PPS Plan we offered 60% + 70% for webmaster

Nobody is trying to cheat anyone here but the host. As I've asked the same question of other hosts in the past who have claimed someone is trying to cheat them then pin that as the blame for the changes, what exactly is anyone doing to cheat you? I've never got a straight answer from any host regarding that statement they make.
Do you not have a system in place to prevent so called cheaters? What makes you think someone is cheating? The fact that they are actually getting legit traffic and a lot of downloads from the same people and you see they're actually earning so you must do something to halt that?
The only cheating that could occur from earnings and downloads is the uploader trying to download their own stuff constantly but of course your system should know this and not count earnings for that. The other is just you not counting "legit" downloads for your customers.

We are not trying to cheat you the problem that someone pretty much scammed us a bit, he was earning amounts that were not realistic for our users and all his downloads were from
an software that allows you to reset your IP we trying to shiled this but until there we decided to count 2 downloads from 1 ip for 24 hours as our stats don't give more than this from regular visitor
you have the choice for tying us or just thinking about scamming you
we trying to respect our users , trying to be good and standing for along time
and all this Negative charge won't help us ..
