Hi, can anyone help me?
My files were gone after i upgraded my account to premium. I already contacted their support and waiting for reply. Does anyone also experienced this? will they bring the files back?

Ryushare never delete my files . that's why I like them. for those who said that they are not good. you just dont know how to use it. =)

For a sec, I ask you to think in my shoes.
You pay a host to be a premium users. One morning, you wake up only to realise all your files have been wiped away.

Regardless of anything, They SHOULD NOT JUST DELETE ENTIRE FILES of a premium user
(when they claim to "Forever storage time of your files "). Its not like i store terabytes data & be a burden to their server.

I shall wait a week for their rep's reply & if i don't get any....,

I shall assume Ryushare is a cheap company who can't afford to get more disk space, that they delete files which don't generate enough sales.

If thats the case, then Ryu has uncovered his mask to be a host that don't respect its users.

Maybe, just maybe.....your account was hacked - and the hacker deleted your files.

Regardless, it's a point to ponder.

I just wanted to add my account to zoom and it doesn't check it. Also, tried to connect to FTP but no luck there either. Anyone else having these problems?

EDIT: the ftp's working now, no idea why it didn't connect before.

If the files were deleted because of a DMCA request, an email is sent to your registered address listing the files removed. This notice can follow several hours after the files are deleted. Also check your spam filter to make sure the message didn't get trashed.

And as Ansley said, your account may have been hacked. Make sure nothing else in your account settings has changed and turn on the Security Lock.

files of premium users get's deleted after 90 days of no download not forever this have been changed

What's wrong here? These are very important files and I have been using Ryushare as my file storage since you promised "Forever storage time of your files"!
