For the sake of a non-biased vote I will not say who made the first graphic. Just know that the first graphic was made by another member here on WJ and the second graphic was made by 911/Nitish.

Which one should I use for my company? MegaTraders (http://megatraders.us) is a company that buys individual items, collections & estates outright. I also offer Consignment programs for individuals looking to maximize their profits.

Hmmm... quite hard to choose.

I think my choice currently goes with logo 1.
I'm not to keen on the bird with logo 2.

But then looking at the website, I don't like the logo that is currently on there (which looks like logo 1)... Mainly because of the orange background and the blue "mega"... It kinda clashes.

logo 1 is simple and decent not looking some special
logo 2 is more professional think u are some serious mega trader without of bird :D

so my vote to logo 2 GOOD LUCK
 
None of the Logo is bad in looks but
I would like to day Did you tried to mix both the design,
I mean use the Logo 1 text part i.e. " MegaTraders " and "Buy and sell line"
and the roof top design of Logo 2.
The blend should look better.
 
I think it's the 1st one. Looks more professional to me. (y)
2nd one isn't bad, I like the concept, But there is something wrong with the Font & Tagline styling [hmmm]

Thanks to everyone so far for your vote and comments. They are two lovely designs, and I am starting to lean towards using both and merging them, just as Mike had stated above.

What would you guys think of Froomple's logo text with Nitish's Estate/Home upper part?

Also no sense in hiding it. Froomple designed logo #1 for those of you who didn't know already. I've already used his logo text for the tshirts, hats, etc which you can peep here if you want:

I do think more of a fade (like Nitish has in #2) should be used in the Mega text here though for it's use with the hut/estate logo above the text.
