The sender defined it: not a SEPA transfer, and the recevier pays the costs

what is actually import function is? is original uploader get reward if his/her file imported and downloaded ? and 2nd Question is what is original method of counting downloads coz account shows only valid downloads which are counting plz some one can explain?

If you imports someones file and someone downloads that imported file, you will get 40% of whatever you should get and real uploader will get 60%
If someone buy premium account from that imported file, you will get 100% reward (75% of sale, as usual) and real uploader will get nothing.
