Even if this happen noone will lose any money.It is just a bug and the dev team of uploaded will fix it as soon as they can.I have 300 euro right now in my balance but i waiting for my 7/2 payout to complete in order to request for new payment.I think tomorrow they will pay the requests payouts till 10/2 through bank transfer.Webmoney till 08/2 is complete as one uploader here told yesterday that he was paid
 
just find out that all my points are change to premium account without me asking it to. i dont want premium acc at the moment.
is this a bug or they are forcing everyone to convert points to premium now.

Yep there is a bug that use our points, my account is only used in a sandboxed virtual machine, so it's not hacking or anything like that, at least not in the users end.
 
Damn WTF Earlier it happened with Balance and now happening with points. account automatically extended by 22 weeks and 50,000 points deducted without authorization. :thumbdown: Please fix this issue and return the points as it was before. Thanks


Update: Damn another 10,000 points gone and another 4 weeks extended. :wacko: And now not enough points left for another extension so what next. :-?

same happen to me
 
I guess I'll just keep asking this question until somebody wants to respond. What else can points be used for besides purchasing a premium? And if this is the only thing points can be used for, then who cares if the points get used up and premium gets extended?
