It looks like Ul.to is trying to make fun of us....

Sent in a support ticket asking about when they were fixing this and returning the money, and this is what they answered:

Dear customer,

thank you for your request.

If you did not ask for this premium account, we would recommend you to scan your computer with
an antivirus program and change the password of your account.

I'm guessing it's a manual process to reverse the transactions and many are affected by this, not just the users making the noise in this topic.

Whining won't make them go faster or put you higher on any "list" to reverse the transactions. They treat all users equally. Jeez, impatient kiddies around here these days. Wait till end of their day before you start whining or complain again.
 
forget email or phone support! i had a problem with my payment (it was marked as fraud), i called them 5 times, nobody was able to help me and they all no idea why it is marked as fraud! Then i contacted Till and the day after everything was done!!

to say the truth: if i were Till i would do the same!

Its just crazy to make such a panic! maybe till helps the guys from technical department or does his normal work (im sure he's not all the time hanging around here @ wj)

So wait 24h, if you dont have your money back you can start writing pms and panicing!

Till didn't even respond to the pm I sent him

so i should answer on every pm in this case while everybody know the state of it because it is posted in this topic? You're not the only one who contacted me in this case, i didn't replied to anyone since it's not a single person problem and we're into this in the public topic.

Like written here a lot of times, be patient, we're sorting it out and as i wrote 2 times now we're working on the return of this.

I replied on every other pm which isn't involved in this case.

And as shakeass pointed out, i also have other work to do, this here isn't my main and only task.

There are two ways patient and chaos and you'll probably understand that chaos won't help us a lot.

According to the reply from support by email, they don't feel responsible for this mess. And then you come and say it will be returned. Which one is correct? You or support email?

my reply is referring to this case, also as you're able to read buddah already got his money back (and if you look into his post history, he isn't a ul fanboy or something like this, so it's probably not a "preferred list").

I told you all that it will be returned before you even contacted the support and the ticket answer looks like the regular answer in "this" case (hack/abuse), the first users today got the same answer from me.

It's up to you if you still think that iam a liar, fine. But stop this panic.
 
I didn't call you a liar, but when you get 2 different answers from support of the same site, kinda hard to know which one to follow.

So, how long should I wait to have it restored?

Still haven't seen anyone else bearing the 'good news'.... :(
