Is the download counter frozen? I got like 12 downloads but only 4 of them credited. All my downloads are from USA, so all should pay. Also all these 12 downloads are 100% complete. I wonder, what's happening.

Only the first download per IP is counted on ul.to.

And if that same IP had made a previous download from ul.to from a file that wasn't yours, the downloads you get from that IP won't be counted either.

which means, if the downloader had already downloaded something else from ul.to (not from you), your download won't count for earnings. Only the first download/IP in 24 hours is counted. If you're lucky to be that IP's first download, great, if not.... better luck next time.
