I'm the new owner and not the old one so I am stuck in a difficult situation. I'm paying all users who have not violated previous owner's TOS and were not banned by previous owner. In fact, I'm sure there are some users who can vouch for me and if required I can post screenshots of payments I've made recently. Just to be clear, I didn't receive ANY revenue from the files you uploaded. In fact, I didn't receive any revenue from the current non-banned users, but I'm paying them off anyway out of respect for their hard work.
Just to be clear:
The previous owner received the revenue you generated, and I paid thousands for this website already when I bought it 2 days ago, and now you want me to pay for the files you uploaded (illegal ones), however you deleted them and I cant even go back to see if you had any legit files? You are putting me in a very difficult position. Just so you know, I'm working with him to see if he will pay you but he is saying you violated TOS and he doesn't want to pay. He said he had so many DMCA requests to take down your files, he was concerned legally. As file hosts, we have to walk a fine line. I have a screenshot of all the DMCA violation take down requests (from your files) if you would like to see it. I can also provide a screenshot of our conversation if you would like. I don't want to make this conversation public, so please talk to me in private from now on...this is a private matter.

Porn ads could be ok but the hot banner linking to a porn ddl website no really.
But it will be your concern as buisness model maker, personnaly I will try to use our service in any case because your seems to roxx fine

Check your spam and go through your emails...payment was sent but is "unclaimed" at the moment. You need to claim the payment. Login to your paypal if you can't find it. Please post back here when you find it.
