its just a collectors account with 1k premium points which is of no use unless u have atleast 8k premium points.

u cant use free points to make a premium account if its a collector account.
Free points are used to get rewards and extend the premium account.

8000 premium points mean 1 month rs account.

You can extend Premium Account's, but, the Free Points must be in that same Premium Account. You cant extend some other Premium Account with the Free Points in your Collector Account.
