Bro, its not server problem. If you go through this thread, you will get to know that desiboy servers are very nice, Actually Each host has limitations about upload and download speeds. And Rapidshare server are currently having some problems, I think. Just try downloading a file directly from Microsoft server e.g

I have been using his service for almost 2 months time. Very nice, no big trouble for more than one day. Will continue to subscribe his service for the third month of course. :)
