i was talking about first witdrawl like this: We have received notice of your withdrawal request. However, there may be an additional delay of up to 7 business days to process your transaction. All first withdrawals require additional checks due to internal and external regulations.

Hi Stana,

Are you still having issues resetting your transaction Pin? Get in touch with our advisors, shoot them an email, they'll have to authenticate you before being able to reset your Pin.

hello Payza_Advisor

i wan't to downgrade my account from Personal Pro to Personal Starter so i submitted ticket today and got my response within few hrs itself and i am so happy to get a fast reply from you :)

but i when i downgrade i get the following message

The account cannot be downgraded because it was previously changed

and my previous ticket id HOI-982-90858

just help me to downgrade my account

right now i have not submitted any ticket regarding this do i need to submit a new ticket

I checked the ticket out, won't be much longer before you hear back from one of our team member. It looks as if an automated security feature may have picked up on something. Once everything checks out you'll regain access to your account.
