my point is: besides that 5000 donwloads (which can give you a good profit) you can still earn from sales too.

even maybe the ratings for donwloads are slow, you can't change it only to PPD program to increase the rates, not possible.

You will get money according to rule of ul. 1 download is counted from a ip for 24 hour

No. If all of your earnings out of PPD you'll get paid as everybody else.

guys, sorry about my noobness, we know this host pays euros. if say, i request payment on payza does the money automatically convert to USD and if I request via wmz, does the money get converted to wmz money?

You have to create a WME purse in WebMoney in order to receive a payment in Euros.
