This is interesting, just ordered vps. I got login details instantly but it was centos 5... And I order windows 7 :D
Just opened ticket and I hope they will help me out.
 
Now I have windows 7 running but another problem... write speed is 2MB/s max... it is very slow.
I hope they solve that problem too.
Support is nice, I got answer fast and they even let me watch when they installed windows :)

Network speed is good what I tested with speedtest.net, I will test more later when my vps work nice.

at this time we have a bit problem from our data center it will be fix with in 1 hour max after that every thing will be back normal and you got your speed :)

Do you allow image hosting website on dedicated servers(similar to imageshack)

I want to host an image hosting but i will delete any porn images upon request from your side.In case someone misuse my service and upload child porn , i will get you his ip so that you can give to authorities
Any copyrighted picture will be deleted once you notify of the picture on which you got complain

sir you can host or use vps for any thing but if you are using vps for some thing like illegal and we got any complain form any other person we will take legal action :)

A few quick questions.

1. What Data center are your nodes hosted in?
2. What is your data center's policy to DMCA and also your own?
3. If you do receive a DMCA, how is it acted upon? ie, is it forwarded to the client to be handled within X days or do you suspend first etc? Please explain your procedures.
4. Do you offer longer term commitment discounts? on top of the 30% off course.
5. Do your VPS prices include server management, I can't see that on the site?
6. I do not see a phone contact on the website, having only a ticket system can be slow, will you be adding phone contacts?

1. Our data-center in located in Romania,
Bucharest.
2. For copyright issues, IP involved will be
blocked automatic for 2 hours, but only
when we receive a DMCA. Regarding
spam and other issues, the client will be
informed to take action.
3. If we receive a DMCA, first step is to
inform (forward it to) the customer to
take action. Unless he is not, or doesn't
answer to our email, his services will be
suspended after 8 hours from the notice.
4. Yes, we may offer long term discounts,
depending of the amount that needs to
be paid.
5. Only our Z plans can receive free
unlimited management. For the rest of
the services, if the intervention is taking
more than 30 minute, it costs 25 euro/
hour, otherwise is free.
6. Yes, there is phone number contact
that the customer can have for 24/7, but
only after he will become our client.

Though I did ask the data center your nodes are in, not the location.

If I am correct it's Voxility. Can you please confirm that?
