i already requested for local bank transfer . can i receive mine money or not ???


Hey Rajaads, great to hear you are using our localized banking options :)

You'll certainly get your bank transfer, one thing to note though is that presently we are smoothing out an internal delay. It might take a few extra days for your transaction to complete. We'll have this taken care of ASAP so next time transactions will be spot on.

You'll be able to withdraw if you own the Payza issued Visa Prepaid card. We published a wealth of information in our FAQ about our Prepaid product :)

oh but this local bank transfer added few weeks before only .. now can i cancel the pending one ???


Hey Rajaads2011,

I don't suggest cancelling it if the issue is in regards to the delay. Re-initiating a wire will start the process over again and cause more delays. You're best bet is to wait this one out. I apologize for this, we understand the need to get those transfers out as quickly as possible. We're working on it as we speak, this will get straightened out ASAP.

I can confirm bank withdraw delay isn't limited only to India. I'm experiencing the same to both UK and Croatia banks.
 
its the problem with the payouts to bankaccount fixed? or u need long times?

hi
i have an account in alerpay (before it change to payza) and it contain 40 CHF
and when it changed to payza they told me that i'm opening my account from country that payza don't support and they restrict it ( when itry to access to my account a message appear : "Access to your account is currently restricted. Please contact Customer Support for assistance. "

i live in syria
and i put in my information in my account that i live in saudia arabia because there is no syria in the menu ???

i talked to the support desk and they told me that i have to wait until they add syria to the list (and this will never happen due to the financial problems in my country)

so is there any way to get my money back ? or send them to my bank account ????
