about the payments, the accusations, etc etc.

guys, i've read tenths of times the same questions about the 3 months issue, and tenths of times upload.to gave the same reply.
asking again and again and again the same question, will result uload.to reply the same again and again and again.
this became stupid now and a waste of time for both the sides.
we asked, he replied, we know whats going on. everyone has the answer in his head now (a good one or a bad one. doesn't matter).

by asking the same thing over and over again wont change anything. instead it will create a neverending stupid topic with everyone repeating the same thing over and over again.
lets try and brake that stupid circle with the repeating thing. mostly because it wont solve anything.

uload.to said that he'll talk with his lawyer.
lets wait for the lawyer's answer. fair enough for both parts i guess.
 
It is a lot of opinions! But I see for the first time that the person doesn't disappear and answers everything (almost) comments! Possibly it is deception, but let's wait. And impatient - make personal File host and not,bla,bla,bla

If no one earns anything the next month I predict only few affiliates will do much to promote your site, which in return means you may not get enough revenue in to cover your costs (server + eventually affiliate payouts).

If you open the affiliate program (full or partial) but make it clear that the time of payout is currently unknown, you may still lose some affiliates, but I believe you will retain more than by offering nothing.

I understand that the more money affiliates are owed the less likely it will be that all can be paid when you have the issues with the payment processor straightened. Perhaps the solution here could be partial payout, or a max payout in the first weeks after money starts coming in?

Up till now you have been very upfront about all that is going on, and I have to respect that. I hope you will be continue the trend, and that you will have some encouraging news next week.

This is the first post that keeps our heads up!

I really appreciate it because you don't know us (in person) but I see you understand that this situation wasn't planned like those other filehost that ran away.

I mean I see you don't trust us but you give us a chance to find a way out of this situation.

I repeat again: We never planned to cheat on you or somebody.

Right after we got this email from our payment processor we felt guilty to tell you about the situation and we know we have to be honest to our users.

We knew that some of you would point on us and call us scammer os something. But how lotik34 said. We try to reply on almost every post and try to explain our actual situation.

Ok we probably made mistakes but we did our best to offer you a stable host.

We ordered more and more server because you guys were uploading so fast so we spent all our money into this project and now we out of money to pay you because we relied on our payment processor.

This is the worst business partner we ever had. And I promise he will burn in hell for that!

But that's another part... We are here to show you we don't run away and that we stand our ground!

If we disappear we disappear with all our bills paid. Not earlier!

Did you ever had the feeling we are scammers? if yes you shouldn't be here now...

Seems like you are damned if you do and damned if you don't. I put a lot of work into attracting affiliates and I was beginning to see the pay off, but I now feel somewhat embarrassed for attracting them.
So if you do bring back the affiliates programme you will be running in the red for quite sometime, it may even lead to the collapse of uload.to and if you don't bring it back then you will have to live through a bad situation with uploaders who will do what they have done here and spread uload.to as a scam host and that will take a lot of living down.
I agree you have been straight, most other hosts just go missing, but I agree with what's been said before don't bring back PPD but put or advise everyone to go on PPS.
This at least will provide the incentive to keep working maybe even harder than ever, but uploaders who post multi mirrors are not what you want to be paying for in these times.
 
I'm still worried though cause you're using 2CO - as far as I know you're the only filehost using it. Maybe you can get other card payment processors to appease the old affiliate's uneasiness.
 
yes on Monday we get a new one or two. we've been officially accepted. But you never know what happens in the future. I they change their mind we will stay here again without money.

but probably you will be surprised. if we offer PPS only we can offer paymentwall :)
 
OK, but if you offer only PPS you will be same like other hosts , PPD is what bring you most of uploaders, keep that in mind, but it is your decision , but for now till you work out with money processors you can bring back only PPS. I am sorry because I am so deeply into this discussion , I am not spamming, but on our site we have switched mostly from FF to uload , and most of our users and donators have bought your premium account because we were spreading 60% of files on uload. so I am interested in outcome of this story more than ever.

I understand. But you know when we get a new payment processor it will also be possible to get kicked or frozen?

Ok we don't hope so but we really want to pay you first and then start the affiliate program again :(

I understand you... So if you really want to have it back it is ok. But normally we wouldn't do this because we are afraid to loose our reputation if this happens (again)
 
Add 55% from sales and 55% from rebbils, change design, add paymentwall and other payment method and you still have a uploader. I've never seen hosting who use this script, have ppd and survived more than month. Every host they have the same problems - upload and download speed was terrible because to many people upload many files and don't generate sales ;/

I have a very bad news for you, my friend from China.
The community from where I used to download some stuffs, the members there totally quit your host.
Don`t ask for details but trust me is true.
