Above configuration with 100Mib port there are dozens at this price ...

Very problem is only 1Gbps ports

@Minosse That's not the server - The PC monitor LOL! You only able to find a pic of a monitor. Anyway, No one can get you a dedicated server for that rate with 1Gbps speed.. I recently bought a Romania VPS and like 100-250Mb/s from any European server remote upload or torrents. And get 200-400Mb/s at my Australian server but the cost is higher than you mention.
I like softlayer servers if I need to torrent or downloads from USA based websites.. Either you should up your budget or wait for it maybe someone came to you with a cheap offer in here.

I doubt you can find a 1Gbps server at that price.

An EX 4 from Hetzner is €49, plus Gigabit port €39 = €88
