hi mates u don't really need to explain that it's very clear BUT it would be much better if u remove this 5% for webmasters so u don't have to ban alot of them then file mates will not make such good profit as usual and also get a bad reputation like Hotfile there's alot web masters who will add there websites without noticing they will get investigation or banned since most of other filehosts doesn't check the site imported and just give the money to them

most importantly when u said u will receive second payout on Friday and pay all affiliate that means i get paid on Friday for my pending payout ??
 
cypherz: if you give your bank details your payment will be sent on friday or monday hopefully... if you are alertpay you will need to wait until our money go from our account to alertpay and if you are moneybookers you will receive it friday or monday as moneybookers accepts immediate bank transfers and we send money easier...

correction: i just saw you are alertpay... if you want to get it sooner email me your bank details and you will have it ;)

About rest of pending payouts we will pay as much as we can until next payout...

i-koruna recently informed me that i have to sign a contract and receive money after SEVEN days... Not 1 not 2, 7... I don't know why things work like this... Nobody is responsible in this world...

Anyway, i sent the contract few days ago and they have problem... I had to sign again and send back. And now they asked me even other docs that i sent... Let's see if they find something more or i can get the money soon... :( So sad about the system.

I sware i will build soon a payment processor and every webmaster that will use my processor will have his money on time and according to rules... Just bored of this situation.
 
no problems here at all i have full trust in u just make sure u distribute the payouts evenly throw the three payment gateways BTW there is always this Visa add funds at payza witch u have the money immediately from your bank account linked to CC into payza so no one have to wait any longer than other anyways as i said full trust in u mates please try your best to get me paid by Monday :D
 
in order to use the cc in payza to fund your account you have to confirm your card... and in order to confirm they get a small amount which you have to put in the box... THOUGH they get this amount in dollars... my bank account sends this amount in euros... thus, i can not know what is the amount they got in dollars because i see it in euros... Incredible? They do not have yet the option for euro accounts.

edit: i fixed it... i verified the card but still the limit is $0. They do not let me upload funds. I will contact to see how to solve this for easier payza funding ;)

I saw I have 2 premiums under my referral but the stat only counts 1 sale. Why is that?

First, he has to have his account verify with CC. Second, even if he successfully key in the amount charge for verification, his account may still show unverified. Third, even if his account is verified, there may still be limitation on the account. Of course he can send tickets to Payza but the problem won't be solved soon. Take a look at Payza support thread and you'll know what I'm saying. Payza is a joke :facepalm:

many times stats do not track well... you need to see the balance and your referrals list for accurate stats... ;) first this enters in the database and the the stats track... so sometimes it justs has this bug...

about payza you are right. they are good for me but i have to accept they are veeery slow
 
i am getting (and i am sure i am not the only one) lots of downloads without any sales even if i put limitations to premium on all my files...ppl are searching the web and finding ways of bypassing that premium limitation...i have an example of such website but i wont post it here....filemates...is there anything we can do to stop this?

hehe do not worry removed until i receive first payment in order to check if they are trustfull... ;) we have no problem with the guys... they are very good. we are waiting the payment ;)

Guys. Just added captcha protection for downloads. I know this is boring for your customers but this will protect everybody from leech... No more leech ;) I just tried it with a leecher that a WJ member PMed me and it works... With captcha the file doesn't get downloaded! Even if it takes 3 more seconds to the users to download the file it is better for the uploaders!

okay as much as i hate this but if it helps ok but please make it numerical captcha not two words make it easy for non english speaking to get throw it please make it numbers not words

i hate that too... i never used captcha on filemates but this is to protect from those clever people that leech...
unfortunately the numerical image is very simple to be broken and the leechers can bypass it... the only good captcha is the google's captcha... i can test if you all agree the numerical catcha but as programmer i tell you that it easily gets broken...
 
okay at least make your test believe me not English users will have problems and if we lose traffic we lose possible sales too am not against anything in the good well of other uploader just try please numbers are better in my end

and while u are at it i know u can come up with some kind of coding to stop this leaching BS am pretty sure u can do it mates ;)

hi mates what is going on i have lots of e-mails from Premium members saying they have to enter to captcha and they say this is not Premium how do u expect from people who pays for service to enter captcha it's only for free users every where no other host do that my users are very sad now :( please fix now only free users have to do anything :(

^^Yeah, premium members must be able to download without any hassle!
BTW could you set up 400 MB as the maximum download file size an unregistered user can download?

This way downloadmanagers doesn't work anymore. My filemanager even refuses the so called direct link AFTER I solved the captcha X-(

Robert King will be happy to hear that you committed commercial suicide - I have really no intention to sell this to my customers, and I think many will agree with me

There are just a couple of big premium link generators who use FM, can not be so difficult to block them ? (buy a couple of their accounts, check their referrals, ban their IP range ?)

If you have a problem with leechers, it's YOUR problem, not the problem of people who paid YOU money for a service which now became useless.

Serious thinking to forward you all the angry mails I will receive today :P

PS: if an uploader doesn't want that leechers "steal" his files, he should protect them with a service like safelinking.net or an URL shortener, this has the same effect but doesn't affect the possibility to download

it wont work with safelink or other because the one can still get the link inside the shortener and then put it in a website to generate a free link even its for premium only. srry to ask, but you just have to enter a few numerical digits...why are all those ppl complainig?....understood what the problem is but believe me that the number of leeching websites is increasing by the day and we lose more and more sales everyday
 
Yes, if the leecher likes to solve safelinking's captcha's, he can still leech of course.

The problem is that people who paid for a premium account, now have to solve 10 captcha's if they want to download a split archive, and finally end up with low speed because they can not longer use their downloadmanager.
