How much is this domain worth?

Domain name: imageurl.net

I need some advice regarding this situation, I bought this domain yesterday from Namecheap for 1$ and the highest offer I got right now is 50$. Should I take it or not? I don't really have any plan atm to start an Image hosting site or something like that so I doubt I'm gonna use this domain name. What do you think? Should I get the 50$ and run? or wait til I get a better offer? I'm afraid that the guy might change his mind soon lol )

domain is always worth as much as someone can pay for it. But in normal case this isn't worth so much. Maybe .com is attractive but .net can cost about $50 like leonight said.
