i have purchased a new domain from namecheap, it's concerned to games
i'm an uploader for PC games
and i want to start my own wordpress blog

now i don't no how to start as it will be the first blog in my entire life)
so i wnat to know to:

1/ start how to setup a wordpress blog
2/ installing theme
3/ modifing it
4/ DMCA and other things to avoid blocking the domain and DMCA infractions

plz help me i'm so noob:facepalm:, but i'm intellignet and can learn fast:P
