Best Place for backup

Dropbox. It's perfectly legal and much safer than storing your files on file sharing hosts. They don't delete your files after a certain duration of time. You'll find Dropbox much easier to use too, just drag and drop your files in the Dropbox folder in your computer and it syncs with your Dropbox account on the cloud. ;)

I would like to follow up and say, you should try MegaCloud.com instead. More space, efficient back up (8 + 8GB), better functions, sharing opportunities are available, streaming of your own media on your mobile devices is a function not seen by others. Get with the newest technology for Cloud Storage.

RapidShare.

I guess MediaFire scans users' files or monitors download activities of files.
Even an account without sharing files also got banned in recent months.
Read old threads and you can see some people who have the same experience.

1fichier.com also looking good for backup.

They are cheaper then RS.
- 6 months premium cost only 13 euros.
- Unlimited space,
- max file size 20gb,
- FTP,remote upload,
- Happy Hours 2h - 8h CEST
- Links protection (password, user ID, IP, country)
and more.

Good and cheap alternative for RS and MF.

why I prefer rapid, you can remote to anyhost from rapidshare
if you decide to move any other host.

Do you know rapid has unlimited time keep files for premium
or 90 days

Rapidshare is the best, they have unlimited time store their RSM and Rapiddrive are user friendly and very2 useful just a little bit expensive 13-15$ or buy it through people who sell rapids it's only 10$ so Rapidshare is the one hahaha

Filefriend.com is good for me. Unlimited space for free, no files deleted, You can turn them private and no other but you will see them. You can also bulk download files in .zip mode.
Give it a try.

shitest one is filefriend why upload is unlimited BUT ? they sell download quota

Install RapidShare Manager (RSM), and you can see it in Settings -> Accounts.
Be careful this is a java program, so all settings are saved in its subfolders.
If you are using RDP, please do not use the default installed one.
Otherwise, other RDP users can access your account freely via RSM.
Please install it on your home's computer.
If you want to use it on RDP, just upload your home computer's directory to your RDP.

JDownloader has the same security issue.
