ive had a few issuses waiting for reinstalls but now its back up and running fine 
. i think what would be a good option is if you had the option to reinstall yourself via the control panel like other hosting sites that way you have complete control over your box and could install ur seedbox software in a matter of minutes. instead of shooting emails back and forth to support and waiting for them to do it for you
