what's the probleme with stats

files that i uploade last 2 days all zero downloads

today also no files counted , only old files and another problem
when i upload a file it appear 3 or 4 times

we can't work with this no stats ..fix it sooner please.

Uploaded a single file to try this host, 0 downloads in 12 hours, when usually i get about 500 dowloads per file in that time lapse, there is a current stats problem? o this host doesn't actually counts the downloads in PPD?.

use filezilla ftp client . are you using Cpanel on your server ? if yes login to your Cpanel and go FTP account section. there is general FTP account for admin .get the user, host, pass from there and login with filezilla and go public.html folder and paste the file there.
