It will be calculated at month's end and your traffic will determine your payout.

It would be wrong if we call them a noob. Actually the script being used was made lot earlier and now that kind of coding is not even thought in school or anywhere and if the current coders try to do something who do not have knowledge about the very old script it is possible that everything will be messed up.

The script is not old friend,old would be 1995.

The script is 2004.

Company exists but the people who actually made them may not be available.
Also MegaShare launched in 2004, that doesn't mean that the script was made that time only. It could be like they made the script sometime before and then launched after sometime.

Hi enerson,

We have tried to solved the issue several times but we ended up in mess. The coders who actually developed the site are not available now. Those who knew that upgraded their knowledge and left practicing it since several years. So we actually don't have any expert of the coding to fix the bugs. However our coders are learning and taking care of many factors.

Some time we have to perform disk clean ups which also cause file deletion as in recent case.
