The Package 1 is small, and Package 2,3,4 are all Medium? I think you need to correct that :)

there is no "admin panel"

but you have a online file and database manager... as this is mainly what you need. there is also an online email system as well if you opt in for email.

unfortunately no. but you may freely sign up to any of our plans and get your money back in 3 days if you are not happy with the speed or anything.
 
Don't understand if there is no "admin panel" how to transfer my old site backup of cPanel to your hosts? Sry I am not a pro about this.

If you could offer cPanel or DirectAdmin I think I will give a try.

You will have database administration and file administration.

You import your database backup via your database administration, and upload your files via ftp.

we also provide free web transfer. so signup and open a ticket with the transfer details and we will quickly transfer it for you.

we just dont have 1 admin panel which does all of it for you

if you cant provide ip then that means you dont want people to find out who your reselling the packages from and my guess is the only reason there is no cpanel or any panel as your selling space on your host you brought from

Accounts found hosting this material will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund. Servage reserves the right to remove any content that is suspected to infringe copyrights, trademarks or otherwise harmful content at its discretion.

It is not allowed to host filesharing services on our servers. Reason beeing that such sites are often used to share copyrighted material.

Advertising servage.net and zigzag very confusing why you're selling 2 places when you're not even the owner of servage.net.

Selling in a wrong location aswell when its germany and that why you cant even provide proof of the ip of being in switz.
