if you want to get paid via alertpay you have to email us with your username and alertpay id
so we can do it manually
regarding the Server Outage of 14th Feb
We had our apache crashed due to almost 30k downloads within less than 2 hours our server administrator had warned me at multiple times regarding hourly backups of database and not just files
Raid 5 Proved as Failure because we lost the database on Main server Permissions issue,
We take the reponsibility for this action and are giving free 3 month premium accounts to people who lost 10GB+ Files
I Personally made sure to add them if we had missed someone please contact us at rewards@cloudcache.cc with your username
Also Since we have files backup it may take upto 10 days to add the files in database 1 by 1 but we decided not to waste our resources and start on that server
Damage Count : 9831 Files
Data Lost : 700GB
Users Affected : 24 Premium and 500 Regular
We are sorry and we have made every effort to not ruin other servers
