Here in WJ we have i guess 3 hosting providers who can ignore any DMCA ad really they are all reputed , so you can try anyone of them .

There is no much providers that would let you host UGG replica sites. They are known for DDoSing such sites, getting them listed at SpamHaus and reporting to PayPal. No reputable provider would want to host that for sake of other customers and network/business stability.

Agree... And, even if Ecatel receive complaint from Paypal they will ask the provider to suspend the website and even Russia & Romania won't allow such activities that would end in SpamHaus listing.

Of course, just as everyone has to follow BREIN in the Netherlands. Yes, even Ecatel, there was a thread how Ecatel asked a customer to leave because of BREIN.

No reputable provider would allow their IP ranges to be SBL'd. SBL'd IP ranges are useless for legit customers.

I disagree, Santrex has never been anything but trouble. And their support is pretty much useless; who will always quote you a price for as much as lifting a finger.
