preferably it would be best if i have like reseller solusvm panel, i buy first vps and then buy upgrades when i need them, so i can monitor all my clients, and they have their own panel.

i need solusvm reseller, for starting package i need 1 gb ram (2gb burst if openvz), 3 ips, 100gb disk, and good prices for ips ram and disk space for upgrades.

You would be better off getting a Dedicated server and installing OpenVZ/SolusVM.

Realistically it would provide a much more stable platform rather than reselling (What if the host suddenly closes down?) you could face some major issues.

With your own server, you're able to manage it yourself, provide effective support to clientele (Without the wait of contacting your reseller for support) let along the fact you'll have the resources you need.
