i have problem with leaseweb


because we give our subdomain.vv.cc ,people use it for something that illegal, because we did not host the subdomain, so we cant control the content, but when we get complaint email, we will erase the subdomain from our admin

our datacenter in sweden is Portlane .
may I know will your clients need panel to manage their subdomains or will you do that for them ? (like setting their real server IP, etc...)

also what is the required monthly bandwidth for that.

we did not host our subdomain, we only host the primary domain vv.cc

subdomain is host by user on they own hosting

i just want people cant see my ip, and people dont know where i host it, is it possible
 
i just need small bandwith 2000 is enough
memory 4gb
space 50mb is ok

i want make people dont know where i host my site to avoid my datacenter get complaints. even we did not host the subdomain, but people always complaint to my datacenter

sorry looks like I misunderstood your first post.

however our main purpose of this service is to hide your server IP, but Sweden Bandwidth prices are very high 2000MB BW might cost you 60 USD alone. when we offer 2TB on NL for 24$ only

I ordered NL and Sweden and on both accounts you could not change the target IP in Direct Admin; it always switched back to 127.0.0.1 on save. I tried with different browsers and whatnot ...
Oh well :(

Instead of opening a ticket I placed a second order on another server, in another country... I would have indeed had opened a ticket.

However, for the record, I want to inform that I received full refunds without any friction. So as far as I am concerned, it is all good and no harm done.

actually I'm sorry about my previous post I was a bit angry when I read your first 6 words.
I will try to explain what is happening in our XSLRP management hope that other potential clients will understand the way it working .

about IP changing :
technically when you put your real server IP and Port our Panel will pass those values to nginx conf file directly after they bypass the verification. we tried to store them in mysql values and then calling them but that will cause load only so we dropped this idea.

now about your strange things :
1 - I don't know how did you checked our IP or which website have you used to check it but I can assure you that our server is hosted in Portlane .
I guess you received this IP for sweden

please check yourself which country are you getting . (even I don't like to expose IP to people but ...)

2 - about cpanel page coming when accessing IP directly, well its reverse proxy we can proxy anything we want. we can point it to google.com, microsoft its not something you need to worry about :| . in current case it was proxying our NL shared server .

as for calling us scammers without having proofs it really not gonna work we've been here more than 1 year I'm not going to scam you 4$ or 5$ when we are doing our best to maintain our reputation.
