We don't have a test VPS setup in LA quite yet, but I'll post an update when we do.

Yes, we do have a Windows Server 2003 template. Our LA Xen/Windows servers are still not ready to deploy, though we're doing some final run-throughs now. I'll update here when we have them ready. If you need to get setup immediately, our Chicago network hosts identical hardware.

Pros:
Live support - I have not seen them offline yet, they rotate between operators at mornings and nights. They've got a great knowledgeable support team and help with minor issues too.
Instant Setup
Tickets - Answered within 5-30 minutes (for me).
Fast, reliable servers.
Great Prices.
Trial period

Cons:
VNC button in the client area doesn't load right. They email you with the correct link, but just throwing out any possible "issue" as this isn't a "paid" review.
No "warez," I myself never used anything pirated, but throwing that out there for those type of users/uploaders.
Not much of a con, but inconsistent text on the Windows VPS Hosting page, everything is "INSTANT DEPLOYMENT" then we got a random, "Instant Setup," looks funny. :P

We're registered and based in the USA, though we have staff operating in several timezones around the world. :)

Support is excellent -- didnt gave up on me till all things are sort out.
