It is kinda weird, your account shouldn't have been removed since you weren't offering any services and you aren't a scammer. Anyways, Good luck resolving this. I'm out.
 
ok, maybe it can be all sorts of coincidences that lead this to where it is, but i don't really believe in coincidences, so lets see if ultima can explain this.
 
I've seen too many of these threads about UltimA, often hes too busy to get involved in the deal one would expect him to be quick about things like this. Sadly ignoring somebody you've made a deal/middleman with for long periods of time results in threads such as these UltimA.

Learn how to do business or don't do it all, I'm tired of seeing these stupid threads because of one member's incompetence.

I can't believe some of you are having doubts. Everyone around the scene knows who UltimA is. Would he really risk it for 450$? Plus he owns WS, another reason not to scam anyway. Imagine going to WS knowing that the admin is a scammer. Would anyone visit WS anymore? Just dumb if you think that.

Oh, and another thing. The account you used to pay me -- my ePassporte account was locked due to receiving fraudulent funds; otherwise you could've filed a chargeback.

So let me get this straight, I took the funds as the middleman is supposed to, I inform you that I have the funds, and then attempt to assist you get what you want if T00ki didn't come through. This makes me a scammer?
 
LOL, oh really? well now i will have to post proof again, after you sent me the money i contacted epassporte because you took the money of my account, and they blocked it until the issue was resolved, will post proof again in 5 minutes.

I don't have any doubts, read my other posts I've clearly stated that UltimA wouldn't scam someone over $450. I only said ''It is kinda weird, your account shouldn't have been removed since you weren't offering any services and you aren't a scammer'' - Usually accounts get banned, not deleted.

You caused my account to be terminated, with this "investigation".
My account was locked 12 hours after I sent you a PM helping you.
 
so ultima, did i have fraudulent funds? , listen, you didn't answer me for days and days, i create this thread and you answer me in 5 minutes? don't you find this to be a little weird? on the day you transfer the funds to your account i got my account on warezscene banned as was t00ki's and all the posts regarding the sales deleted? on the following days i sent you several and several pms again with no answer and i without the money?
 
So let me get this straight..

I (for the first time, and last time ever) was performing a middleman service for you, in other words, Escrow. I was supposed to receive your money, until you received the other party's items, in which I transfer the money to them. I transferred your money to my account through ePassporte, and had no word from you or T00ki regarding the deal.

T00ki was banned, due to an issue with another admin, with another transaction, which results in a lot of his deals being trashed/removed from the site.

You sent me a PM airing your concerns, to which I gladly replied and informed you of what I'd do to assist you in the event of T00ki not following through -- I'm the middleman, it's my responsibility. I check my ePass account ~12 hours later to see it locked; I call and I've been informed that I received fraudulent funds -- most likely your chargeback.

So you're calling me a scammer because I did what I was asked, to do Escrow, and then go further to assist you when the other party didn't go through.
