Big Competition: Filejungle vs. Filepost

After wupload closed down affilite, FJ and FP gets more attention from uploaders. FJ have been leading FP since Dec 5.

Sadly FilePost doesnt seem to have enough network power for fight FileJungle

Filepost download speed is very low compared to filejungle & others so I think people are ignoring filepost links.

Filepost free user speed is in the range 10 - 15kbps (tested recently) and premium speed too not great.

Another problem is too much free user restriction, need to wait 1 hr for 100 MB files. So if a free user download 300 MB file then he need to wait 3 hrs to download another file. Also the delay timer is 90 sec, also need to enter captcha in a pretty graphic environment. Which all may be the reason why filepost traffic getting low these days.

If for PPS program, I would switch to FJ

My experience is totally reverse of yours. My FP is geeting way more download than FJ, even though I have more FJ files than FP.

Both give me terrible speeds as free users. We are talking about 100-150 kB/s using 1GBPS RDP. Pfft!

yes djboutit, FJ is 25% better (or not so aggressive) As for filepost 100mb/hr rule is too aggressive for free visitors (or even 100mb/90mins or whatever crap already wrote they try to reach oron....... crap policy) and their reputation will falling down............(already 4 major forums have bad comments/topics on them) We wouldn't say FJ is perfect but not that aggressive......100%.

Moreover as permafost said FJ have money to spend (for network power) since there is a huge company behing to invest (fs) to it's new project.
