Do any of you guys who write here EVER read the first page (e.g. jcbertomeu1 who has written 3 pms and multiple posts on the public forum)? I find it weird that people know how to sign up, go to the last page, post and never read the first page.

What I said, somehow did hurt you (as I challenged your logic), because your self-proclaimed status as an "IT man" of "know-how in the IT industry" makes you think your knowledge exceeds and propels above anyone else's. Your logic must have gone out the window somewhere in this process.
And Ken; don't let the door slam you on your way out. Especially when you start hurling big terms such as "seeking legal aid" before your issue has even been addressed. Fortunately for
everyone else, their downloads seems to be just fine. You are in your boat alone, and no one has the same problem as you. So yes - The issue is found on YOUR end.
